My name is Tysen Christensen, and I am a Certified Sports Dietitian with over 15 years of experience in sports performance nutrition. I’m on a mission to make performance nutrition simple, sustainable, and actually doable.
With my background as a Sports and Wellness Dietitian, I help everyone from busy adults to adolescent athletes fuel smarter, train stronger, and feel better—without the overwhelm.
I cut through the noise, focus on what actually works, and build habits that support mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
